STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BOTH PARTIES HEREBY AGREE THAT THE FOLLOWING SHALL BE ADHERED TO:

1. Service fee is non‐refundable
2. Phads Consult does not guarantee application success to any student.
3. Giving false or misleading information concerning all required documentation (such as employment
   history, academic, travel, financial and others) will result in a ban from the study country you are applying to. It would also lead to a visa refusal which, in turn, would mean a 10 year ban on applying for a visa. Phads Consult will not be responsible for such outcomes.
4. Students are expected to have complete and proper documentation. Phads Consult will not accept any liability for failure in this area.
5. All necessary documents for institution application must be submitted before processing commences.
6. In case of transfer of application funds to the institution, it is the responsibility of the student to verify with the Bank the exact amount credited to the institution’s account.
